📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beauty products, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.
• Stock and organize beauty products, maintaining store shelves and ensuring product availability.
• Promote Beautyhaul's brand and products through in-store displays and customer interactions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, and share this knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and brands is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of merchandise.
