As a Billing & Collection Officer, you will be the backbone of our finance team, ensuring that our clients are billed accurately and promptly, and that our receivables are collected efficiently. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, you will be part of a vibrant team working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify customer invoices and payment records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with the sales team to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and distribute monthly billing reports to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and collections.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing and collections.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of billing and collections strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for billing and collections processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
