📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
• Previous experience working in Bali is a plus.
