📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus, ensuring high-quality and consistent food.,Manage and supervise a team of cooks, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.,Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Prepare and present daily special menus and desserts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of successful kitchen management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
