📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the nursing team and ensure they adhere to the highest standards of patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior nurses and nursing students.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing department.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff.
• Promote a positive and safe work environment for both staff and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a leadership role.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
