You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Collaborate with product managers to understand the requirements and features of our software products,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve the user experience,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong technical background and understanding of software development concepts,Excellent writing and communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
