📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment to ensure efficient cleaning of dishes and utensils.
• Perform manual dishwashing and scrubbing as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely completion of dishwashing tasks to meet service demands.
• Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in organizing and storing cleaned dishes and utensils to keep the kitchen area tidy.
• Participate in kitchen maintenance tasks as needed, such as cleaning sinks, drains, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Work flexibly to accommodate the restaurant's schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
