📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Oversee the payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage the organization's cash flow and liquidity.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
