📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of HR functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Lead employee development initiatives, including training programs, performance management, and career growth opportunities.
• Facilitate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Utilize HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse to manage HR data, track employee performance, and streamline administrative tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
