Market Space Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring the smooth operation of the events, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing event logistics.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the banquet hall and related areas.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in order for the next event.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in banquet and event management.,Provide excellent customer service to both guests and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet or event staff roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid work arrangement).,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
