📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the store manager in managing daily store operations,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports,Train and supervise store staff,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of customer satisfaction and service excellence,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
