📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Oversee sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
