📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and fuel management.
• Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including mileage, maintenance history, and insurance information.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the fleet manager in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet management meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of fleet management software and systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
