Depot Vera Spareparts is looking for a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and grievances.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
