📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily accounting operations including cash handling, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.,Supervise and train junior accounting staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and relevant authorities.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and manage petty cash.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy.,Resolve discrepancies in financial records and maintain accurate records.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
