📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles,Inspect vehicles to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance department,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Collaborate with other departments to address any vehicle-related issues or concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures,Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
