📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain staff to achieve operational goals.,Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain operations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
