📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs),Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
