PT Ekspresi Teratai is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, managing maintenance schedules, and coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating with service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
