📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through direct outreach and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
