In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects within our port operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent technical skills, and a passion for innovation in the maritime industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within the port operations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects or modifications to existing systems.,Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve port efficiency and safety.,Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime or engineering industry.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.,Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with maritime regulations and standards is a plus.
