📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.,Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Prepare and present daily specials.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in food preparation and cooking.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
