📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet target numbers for student intake.,Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the student recruitment landscape.,Manage and mentor a team of recruitment officers to ensure high performance and productivity.,Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless student recruitment process.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of recruitment campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in student recruitment.,Represent Study Group International at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in student recruitment, higher education, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and exceeding sales quotas.,Strong understanding of the international education market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
