📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe and clean.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that all financial targets are met and that the team is working efficiently.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of the team and the business.
• Ensure that all inventory is accurate and that stock levels are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to use basic computer software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
