• Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and develop a high-performing retail team, providing training and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing retail teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and systems, such as Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for retail operations.
