📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors to ensure the effectiveness of internal control systems.
Conduct comprehensive audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
Analyze financial data using SAP and Oracle to support audit findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with senior management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to internal controls and risk management.
Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit, with the last 5 years in a leadership role.
Professional certification such as CISA, CMA, or CIA.
Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle.
Proven experience in risk management and compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
