📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design and delivery of training programs using tools like Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to inform program improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to create personalized learning paths for employees.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using LMS platforms like Moodle.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning (e.g., ATD, ASTD) is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with excellent English skills for cross-functional collaboration.
