You will be responsible for conducting job analyses, creating job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analyses and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and provide feedback on candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR and Recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
