📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design and develop new equipment and machinery to meet the needs of our production facilities.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on manufacturing and process optimization.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Familiarity with CAM software and CNC programming is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
