As an HSE Manager, you will be at the forefront of implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with contractors, conducting safety inspections, and providing training to our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure HSE standards are met.
• Lead and mentor the HSE team to achieve continuous improvement in safety performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OHSP) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and enforcing HSE policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
