📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the thermal power plant project from inception to commissioning.,Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.,Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in the energy or infrastructure sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the energy sector.
